SDGs @ Accord University

Accord University of Somalia is dedicated to making a meaningful contribution to the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through its multifaceted initiatives in education, research, and community engagement. As a leading academic institution in Somalia, Accord University is deeply aware of its responsibility to not only advance knowledge but also to shape a more sustainable, equitable, and prosperous future for society.  Accord University is proud to be a member of the United Nations Association of Somalia (UNASOM), a partnership that strengthens our commitment to peace, justice, and strong institutions (SDG 16). As part of UNASOM, Accord University contributes to national efforts to promote peacebuilding, good governance, and human rights in Somalia. We collaborate with UNASOM and other international partners to provide training and capacity-building programs for Somali government officials, civil society organizations, and community leaders, helping to build effective, transparent, and accountable institutions that can support sustainable development across the country.
